How to apply
Rs. 500/- for General/ OBC candidates in the form of Demand Draft/ Pay order, in favour of Medical Superintendent, SGM Hospital, payable at Delhi. SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of fee. Interested and eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed format along with demand draft, attested copies of all testimonials and certificates. List of documents i.e. Date of birth Certificate (Matric certificate), MBBS/ BDS Degree, Internship certificate, Degree/Diploma, Caste Certificate DMC/DDC registration and proof of permanent address. Application, completed in all respect must reach the office of the Medical Superintendent, Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Mangol Puri, Delhi-110 083 by 19.02.2013.

Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital was commissioned in April 1986 as one of the seven 100 bedded hospitals planned by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi during the 6th five year plan under Special component plan for Schedule Cast/Schedule Tribes. Later it was augmented to 300 beds. The hospital now caters to the health needs of a population of 15-20 lakh residing in the JJ clusters & resettlement colonies of Mongolpuri, sultanpuri, Nangloi, Mundka & Budh Vihar etc. 3. The Hospital is providing free health are facilities of OPD, casualties & Indoor Services in all common specialities along with free drug distribution and investigations for patients. At present it is managing a patient load of about 2500 daily.
